Our delivery times



Our delivery times are 10 to 30 days for small packages and 40 to 63 days for transportable packages only in containers.

Our execution centres are located all over the world. To keep a diverse group of products that you will love, we go very far and look all over the world. We work mainly with suppliers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

How can I track my package?



We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed that can be tracked on our website. Please note that it takes 3 to 7 days for the follow-up information to be updated.

 

I did not obtain a tracking number, what should I do?



Once your order has been fully processed, we will send you a tracking number by email (usually within 3 to 4 days of your purchase). If you have not received a tracking number after 6 days of your order, you can simply request yours via our contact form or by e-mail: customerservice@jackkarter.com and we will be happy to provide you with one.
